William D. (Billy) Faluski, 67, of Medina, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, July 16, 2024.
Billy was born November 11, 1956 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late William and Aileen (Richardson) Faluski. He has resided in Medina County most of his life. Billy was a carpenter by trade and a fabulous wood carver.
Billy took a great interest in carving Native American flutes. He enjoyed playing his flutes, guitar and music was his passion.
He will be greatly remembered for his outstanding sense of humor and sharing the best advice he could to family and friends. Billy had the amazing joy in the simple facts in life and exploring nature and his love for animals.
He will be missed by his wife, Kathleen (Bogart) of 25 years, children, Jesse (Kesia) Faluski, Natawna Faluski and Cory (Allie) Faluski. Grandchildren, Austen (Danielle) Faluski, Mackenzie and Harley Faluski, Brooke and Cody Steffien, Jorden and Ryder Freeman and Alura Faluski and one great grandchild Ezekiel. Also survived by sisters, Janice Jefferson and Susan (Gary) Wagner.
Preceded in death by a sister, Patricia (Ken) Cleveland.
Following Billy’s request, cremation has taken place.
A Graveside Service will be held, at 12:00- noon on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at St. Martin of Tours Cemetery, 1800 Station Road Valley City, Ohio.
In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials made be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or to the Medina County Animal Shelter.
