Robert Lee Moury

Robert Lee Moury, age 91, formerly of Lancaster, Ohio passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 29, 2024.

Robert was born October 1, 1932 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Ira and Myrtle (Fisher) Moury.

Robert has worked for Anchor Hocking and retired from AT&T.

He enjoyed attending his church Faith Memorial Church, in Lancaster and was involved in Prison Ministry.

Robert is a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

He is survived by the love of his life and companion, Mary Lou Crowe; a daughter Doris (Jim) Sturgeon, four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; additional children, Norman Crowe and Debbie Crowe-Scullen and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Wanetta Moury, daughters Nancy Jane Moury and Barbara Cenci; 5 brothers and 4 sisters.

Graveside Service to be held 2:00 pm, Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at Floral Hills Memory Garden, 351 Coon Path Road NE, Lancaster, Ohio 43130, with full military honors.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial be made to your favorite charity in Robert's memory.
