Obituary

Richard N. “Dick” Carver, age 84 of Medina, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by his family.

Dick was born in Cleveland, Ohio to the late William and Mary (nee Palcho) Carver. He has resided in Medina County since the early 1950’s.

 Dick and his brother Ken were co- owners and operators of Tebbits, Inc. purchased in 1969 and later opened another business- North Court Beverage.

Dick had served in the US Air Force and as a volunteer for the Erhart Fire Department.

Dick loved to work on the farm and enjoyed manicuring his yard, gardening and feeding the fish in his lake.

He took great pride in his family and all the many friends he acquired throughout his life.  Anyone that had the privilege of knowing Dick, certainly have good memories to cherish.

He will be greatly missed by his wife, Dianna (nee Dieterich) married 60 years.  Sons, Richard “Rick”, Jr. (Mary Lynn) Carver, Douglas (Karen) Carver and Randall Carver.  Grandchildren, Spencer, Clarissa, Ryan, Katelynn and Allyson.  Great grandchildren, Amelia, Aiyden, Jeremy, Kylee and Caleah. Brothers- Donald, Norman, Kenneth and David Carver. Numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by two brothers, William and Christopher Carver and a granddaughter Diandra.

Following Dick’s wishes, cremation has taken place.  There will a Celebration of Life Gathering at a later date.

In lieu of flowers- The family suggests memorials made be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve or Erhart Fire Department.

The Bauer Funeral Home, Valley City, OH has the honor of serving the Carver family.
