Richard A. Roscoe,79, of Valley City, Ohio, went home to heaven on Easter Sunday, April 17, 2022.
Rich was born April 7, 1943 to the late Michael and Jennie (Kutz) Roscoe. He was formerly of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has resided in Valley City for many years. Rich was a member of the Parents Organization of Carpatho-Rusyn Slavjane ethnic performance group in Pennsylvania and an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Rich was a retired steelworker after 34 years with J & L/ LTV in Pittsburgh.
Rich was an active supporter of his grandchildren’s events. He enjoyed his bourbon with the boys, gardening, fishing, photography, manicuring is yard and puttering in his pole barn.
He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife of 23 years, Rosemary. Dear father of Warren (Dawn) Roscoe, Steven (Kara) Roscoe, Anthony (Ryan)Roscoe, Lisa (Don) Jasensky, and Norma (Greg) Thomas. Cherished grandfather of Cameron (Vanessa) Roscoe, Madison (Payne) Earich, Dakota Roscoe, Benjamin (Amanda) Harmath, John (Aubrey) Harmath, Jessica Chaney, David Chaney, and Anthony Chaney. Special great grandfather of Amelia and Raegan Harmath.
Dear brother of Peter and Michael Roscoe.
Preceded in death by his first wife Gloria Roscoe, granddaughter Amy Current, and sisters Joan Shanteau and Madeline Issacs.

Funeral Mass- 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 21, 2022 at St. Martin of Tours Chapel, 1800 Station Road Valley City. (Please meet at the church)
