Phillip E. Krych

Phillip E. Krych, 83, of North Royalton, Ohio passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

Phillip was born July 1, 1942, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Mary (Sedlak) Krych. He resided in North Royalton for the past 20 years. Phillip was devoted to his catholic faith and he showed his love through his life dedicated to family, friends and work. He gained friendships where ever he went and never met a stranger.

Phillip was a proud United States Army veteran. He worked as a Tool and Die maker with Weldon Tool, Cleveland prior to retiring from Miceli’s Dairy where he thoroughly enjoyed his 30+ years.

Phillip was his daughter’s best friend, and her dedicated dog walker, her beloved landscaper and gardener.

He kept his mind sharp by completing 1000- piece puzzles frequently.

He will be greatly missed by family, son, David Krych (deceased) and daughter, Dee (Rick) Shaneyfelt, and his adored twin granddaughters, Samantha and Alexa. His siblings, John Krych, (deceased), Jim Krych (deceased), Sally Mc Ginnis, Mary Davis, Dan Krych (deceased), Joseph Krych, Jack Krych, 21 nieces, nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Following Phillip’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

There will be a short Memorial service and Celebration of Life gathering in weeks to come and will be announced when the final arrangements are made.

In lieu of flowers, In Phillip’s honor do a special deed for a friend or plant a flower/tree in his memory.
