Paul “Paulie” Rudolph Huth, age 37, passed away unexpectedly on May 4th 2022 at his home that he shared with his mother and step-father, Cindi and Dale Gutschmidt. Paul was a beloved brother, son, uncle, and friend.
Paul was born on December 18th, 1984 at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital to Stephen and Cindi Huth (Gutschmidt). He loved to work on automotives and he loved to take things apart and put them back together. He was generally well-known as someone who could fix any mechanical problem and was called upon frequently by family and friends whenever such an issue arose. Paul always helped, no matter the issue, and he will always be cherished for giving up his own time and comfort to ease the burdens of others.
In 2003, Paul graduated from Buckeye High School and briefly pursued college before moving into a career that spanned several disciplines. He finally settled into a career in the automotive industry where he was greatly loved and admired.
He enjoyed reading comic books, collecting shoes, spending time with his family (especially his niece) fixing old or broken cars, lawn mowers, etc., and eating (especially spaghetti). “Uncle Paulie” was a favorite playmate of his niece, whom he loved to buy shoes for, especially if they matched a pair of his own.
Paul is survived by his parents Cindi and Dale Gutschmidt; brother Brian (Morgan) Huth; sister Amy (Jay) Balyer; half-brother Aaron (Taya) Huth; step-brother Dale M Gutschmidt Jr.; loving girlfriend Amie Book; nieces and nephews: Sophia Huth, Caius Huth, Brody Balyer, and Brock Balyer; aunts and uncles: Chris (Maryetta) Eisenmann, Beth (Dion) Kiernan, Hollie (Tim) Mills, Scott (Tricia) Huth, Rick (Elaine) Huth, and Pat (Greg) Lance; and cousins: Eric (Ellie) Eisenmann, Rachel (Ryan) Tarsek, Morgan Kiernan, Madison Kiernan, Hunter Shue, Hailey (Joe) Stephey, Lindsay (Chad) Lewis, Cody (Gretchen) Huth, Caitlyn (Matthew) Stewart, Adam W, Shawn Mills, Justin Mills, Greg (Melanie) Huth, Niki Huth, and Shane Huth.
He was preceded in death by his father Stephen Huth and grandparents: Rudy and June Eisenmann and Paul and Millie Huth.
