Marian Wade

Marian Wade went home to be with her Lord and Savior on February 8, 2020.

Marian was born in Pennsylvania in 1928 during the heart of the depression. She learned early how to work hard to make ends meet.  She was incredibly intelligent, creative, and thankful for everything she was given.

She married Roy Wade and together they raised their 6 children. Gale, Roy, Lorilee, Kimberlee, Royxann, and Marilee. She always wanted a baker’s dozen of children but had to settle for a baker’s dozen of grandchildren.

She lived in Brunswick for many years and was active in various art clubs and always active at church.  Marian retired from the Brunswick Police Department.  She loved her dogs and also a good long drive.

Marian will leave a love for Christ in all her children and joy in the hearts of all she knew.

Family and friends may gather from Noon to 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at the Bauer Funeral Home 2089 Columbia Road

Valley City with Marian’s Celebration of Life service at 1:00 PM Thursday.  Burial will follow the service at Westview Cemetery, Brunswick.
