Linda M. Weigel

Linda M. Weigel, 71, of Grafton, Ohio passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 17, 2021.

Linda was born July 25, 1949 in Medina, Ohio to the late Lawrence (Bub) and Marian ( nee Mennell) Weigel and has resided on the family farm all her life. Linda was a 1967 Midview high School graduate.

Linda was a lifelong member of St. Martin of Tours, Valley City where she was active in bible studies, the knitting group and the choir.

She had worked at the former Conley’s Store in Medina for over 25 years, Field Energy Services in Litchfield and was presently employed as a bookkeeper with Harry Rowland, Jr. Inc. in Wellington, Ohio.

Linda is survived by her sister Joyce Walko and brothers, Albert (Lynn) Weigel, James Weigel and Jerry (Debbie) Weigel. Nieces and nephews, Andrew Weigel, Sandra (Chad) Tilberg , Patricia Weigel, Frank II (Kristin) Walko, Tresa Walko, Melissa Walko, Peter (Alycia) Walko, Heidi Walko, Mikaela Weigel and Mackenzie (David) Duran.

Family and friends are invited to meet in the Gathering area of St. Martin of Tours, 1800 Station Road Valley City on Weds. April 21, 2021 from 9:30 am until the Funeral Mass at 10:00 am. Father Charles Diedrick, officiating.

Burial in St. Martin Church Cemetery, Valley City.

The family suggests memorials if desired to St. Martin Church Building Fund or to the Cleveland Clinic Hospice.
