Laura Mae (Van Dusen) Reuter

Laura M. Reuter, 95, of Hinckley, Ohio passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 16, 2022.

Laura was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 5, 1926 to the late Gerald and Emma Pearl (Miller) Van Dusen. She has resided in Medina County for the majority of her life. Laura was a graduate of Strongsville High School, raised her family and went back to achieve her Licensed Practical Nursing degree.

Laura enjoyed knitting, crocheting and playing her organ.

Laura had worked at Medina Hospital and Samaritan Care Center, Medina.

She will be missed by her children Dennis (Barbara) Reuter, Don (Michele) Reuter and Doug (Donna) Reuter. Grandchildren, Will Price, Olivia and Amanda Reuter, Melissa Reuter, Steve (Joedda) Reuter, Nicole Kuppe, Aric (Katlyn) Kuppe, Donovan and Darrin Reuter and Jessica Garcia.  8 great grandchildren and one on the way.

She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Reuter in 2007 and a daughter Patricia Ford in 2021.

There will be calling hours 6:00-8:00PM Monday, February 21, 2022 at the Bauer Funeral Home, 2089 Columbia Road, Valley City.

Friends and family are welcome to meet at Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery, Seville, Ohio for the Burial next the Leonard on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 10:30AM.  Please meet at the entrance at 10:15 AM.
