Larry Karl Seitz

Larry Karl Seitz, 56, of Valley City, Ohio passed away Saturday, January 27, 2024.

Larry was born on May 4, 1967 in Medina, Ohio to the late Otto and Barbara (Mortach) Seitz. He has been a lifelong resident of Valley City.

He had been an employee in the HVAC department of Baldwin Wallace University for 37 years. Larry was noted to have been self-taught and gifted in hands on repair projects and very willing to help his family and friends with what ever that need would be.

Larry enjoyed camping with his family, especially loved sitting next to a wonderful campfire.  He was a fabulous game player, whether it was playing play station, darts, a good game of pool, cards with his buddies or just enjoying the camaraderie of friends. He also loved sitting on his porch swing enjoying the beautiful seasons of nature.

He will be greatly missed by his wife and companion kindled romance of 37 years, Karen (Hart), his step son, Dylan Cather, Sisters, Mary Ann (Tony) Kervin, their children, Anthony (Krista) and Emma (Vince); Tina (Johnny) Hall and their children, Randi (Brandon), Jesse and Marisa (Mario).  Sister-in-law; Diane (Bill) Crozier and their daughter Jessica. Brother-in-law; Patrick (Shirley) Hart, their son Bradley (Amber). He was also a great uncle to many.

Following Larry’s request, a “Happy Party “will be held at a later date. Please check the website for a date to be announced.
