Katie Ann Sir Louis

Katie A. Sir Louis, 41 of Medina, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 19, 2024.

Katie was born January 31, 1983 in Medina, Ohio to David and Connie (Semmelhaack) Sir Louis. She has been a lifelong resident of Medina County and a 2001 graduate of Buckeye High School.

Katie worked at the Bob Evans Restaurants in both Brunswick and Medina locations prior to career change of driving truck for Hogan Trucking, where she loved hauling the cutest trailers for Target.

Katie’s life revolved around making memories with her four children and any chance she could get to be in the sunshine on the beach with her family and friends.

She will be greatly missed by her children, Ted Sir Louis, Logan Borling, Adalie Calame and Ralph Young. Her twin sister, Emily Sir Louis (Curt Salopek) and brother, Ian (Kodi) Sir Louis, Sister, Jamie Forsythe (Paul Smith) and brother, Robert (Michelle) Forsythe; her parents, David and Connie.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at the Bauer Funeral Home, 2089 Columbia Road Valley City, followed by a short service at 7:00 PM.
