Kathleen A. Bogart, 73, of Medina, Ohio passed away Monday, May 18, 2026.
Kathleen was born November 8, 1952 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Chester and Margaret (Gombar) Mendyka. She was an artist and a member of St. Martin of Tours.
Kathleen enjoyed crocheting and knitting. She was known for giving the many hats, blankets and scarfs to many hospitals, shelters and military organizations. Kathleen enjoyed her visits with her family and her church people and how much everyone enjoyed their talks with her.
She is survived by her step children, Jesse Faluski, Natawna Faluski, and Cory (Allie) Faluski, also many grand and great grandchildren. Kathleen is survived by sisters, Valeria Moore, Margaret (James) Gerber and sister-in-law, Joanine Mendyka.
Preceded in death by her life companion, William Faluski and a brother Joseph Mendyka.
Following Kathleen’s request, cremation has taken place.
Committal Service will be held Saturday, June 13, 2026, 10 a.m. Please meet at St. Martin of Tours Cemetery, Valley City, Ohio.
