Karen J. (Eldred) Berger

Karen June Berger, age 71 of Medina, went home peacefully to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 11, 2023.  She was born on January 22, 1952 to the late William and Stella (Glowacki) Eldred in Cleveland.

Karen’s last job was at Eat N’ Park, in Medina, where she loved meeting people. Karen loved her sons, spending time with her husband and occasionally making trips to casinos.

Karen is survived and loved by her husband 0f 52 years, Robert Berger; her children Shawn (Rhonda) Berger, Ben (Carmen) Berger and Tim (Colette) Berger, her 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; her brother William (Mary Lou) Eldred, and beloved niece/caretaker Kim (Steve) Harris. 

She was preceded in death by siblings, Donna Michaels, Timothy Eldred and Pat Kovacek; as well as her parents.

There will be a private burial and celebration of life for the family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Cleveland Clinic for lung transplant research.
