Joanne M. (Graves) Dushenke

Joanne M. Dushenke, 88, of Medina, Ohio passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 14, 2022.

Joanne was born October 3, 1933 in Berea, Ohio to the late Charles and Florence (Wolfe) Graves. She had resided in Valley City for many years, retiring to Millersburg for 17 years and returned to Medina in 2009.   Joanne enjoyed reading, sports, puzzles, camping and traveling.

She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Pat (Jim) Dieter, Spencer, OH and Leslie (Patrick) Callahan, Rockbridge, OH. Grandchildren, Jim Dieter, Sarah and Andy Callahan and Dear little buddy, Elliot.  She is also survived by a sister, Barbara Kurlic and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Robert Dushenke in 2005 and brothers Charles and Bruce.

Private Family Graveside will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Valley City.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Miracle City Hospice of Broadview Heights, Ohio.
