Her kind heart was displayed through her fulfillment in helping and giving to others, which she did so thoughtfully and generously. Her most joyous moments were spent focusing on others. She was optimistic and resilient; always planning, organizing and accomplishing what she set her mind to. Family was the most important thing to Jill, and she never took a moment for granted with those she loved. Jill overflowed with kindness and was a true treasure to anyone blessed to know her.
She loved gathering with friends and family on her back porch. She loved cooking and entertaining. She loved her annual 4th of July picnic. She loved fall and football, warm apple cider and caramel apples. She loved writing her Christmas cards on Thanksgiving Day and serving brunch on Christmas morning before opening presents. She loved pickle-present day with her beloved niece, Anna. She loved music, singing, John Denver, Justin Timberlake and Taylor Swift. She loved back-to-school shopping with her little cousins, Jaclyn and Emily, and then her niece, Anna. She loved popcorn and Marie’s pizza. She loved going to the Cleveland Airshow with her dad. She loved her piano and sheet music. She loved Winnie the Pooh and watching Hallmark movies with her mom and sister. She loved all sports and was a devoted fan of the Buckeyes, Browns and Guardians. She loved New England and the sea. She loved her flowers and her perennial garden. She loved everything English and Irish. Her family and friends loved her and will always cherish the memory of her infectious laughter and kind, gentle soul.
