Janet A. (Jones) Dzurinda

Janet A. Dzurinda, 80, of Medina, Ohio went to her heavenly home of Friday, April 14, 2023.

Jan was born in Lakewood, Ohio on July 10, 1942 to the late Wilbert and Frieda (nee Heppler) Jones. She resided in Cuyahoga County for many years prior to moving to Medina.

Jan had owned and operated North Olmsted Gymnastics for many years and continued to be very health conscience into her later years of life and enjoyed Zoomba at Buckeye Activity Center.

She also loved playing the piano, and was very passionate about painting, art, and volunteering at several Medina County senior programs.

Jan is survived by her children, Carolyn (Thomas) Ferner and David Dzurinda (Lyle Pepin).  Grandchildren- Sarah Ferner and Joshua Keck and her four -legged companion Willie.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, Michael Dzurinda.

Following Jan’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

A family celebration of life will be held at a later date
