James T. Miller

James T. Miller, age 89 of Medina, Ohio passed away Weds. December 16, 2020 peacefully at his home surrounded by his family.

Jim was born July 10, 1931 in Lima, Ohio to the late Samuel and Mary (nee Hauser) Miller. He has resided in Medina County for many years.

He received his bachelor degree in education from Baldwin Wallace College and taught Physical Education at Strongsville City School System for many years. Jim was a proud U.S. Army veteran.

Jim took great pride in manicuring his yard, making wine, camping and canoeing with his family.

The greatest love in his life were his grand and great grandchildren.

He will be greatly missed by his sons, Gregory (Maxine) Miller and Douglas (Debra) Miller. Grandchildren, Erin Miller, Scott Miller, Jonathan Miller and Kimberly Klinger; great grandchildren, Chandler, Brock, Pyper, Weston, Maddox, Lucas, and Emerson. He is also survived by two sisters, Shirley and Joy.

Jim was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Eleanore "Nor" Miller in 2015.

Family and friends are invited to a Graveside Service to be held 12-Noon, Monday, December 21, 2020 at St. Martin of Tours Cemetery, 1800 Station Road, Valley City, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to Harbor Light Hospice.
