Obituary

 

 

Evan P. Cerny, 34, of Medina, Ohio passed into his heavenly home on Friday, December 3, 2021.

Evan was born February 16, 1987 in Middleburg Hts., Ohio and has been a lifelong Medina County resident.  He graduated from Cloverleaf High School and had been employed for many years as a painter.

Evan cherished being together with his family and his beloved dog, Blue.  He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed playing football and watching the Browns. Evan loved to vacation everywhere there was a beach on the ocean and always enjoyed Holidays and family time.

He will be greatly missed by his parents, Mark and Deborah, brothers, Adam Cerny and Logan (Brittany) Cerny and sister Madison (Casey) Foster. Nieces and nephews, Kemrey, Vayda, Carter, Jack and Hudson.

Maternal grandmother, Joan Davitt and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Patrick Davitt and paternal grandparents, John and Margaret Cerny.

There will calling hours from 6:00-8:00 PM, Monday, December 6, 2021 at the Bauer Funeral Home 2089 Columbia Road Valley City, OH. The funeral service will come to close at 8:00 PM with a word from a family friend Pastor Jeff Kolodziej.
