Eloise J. (Gedeon) Brown

Eloise J. Brown, 73, Litchfield, Ohio passed away, Friday, October 31, 2025 following a brave fight with pancreatic cancer.

Elosie was born February 4, 1952, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Joseph and Ella (Fuhlendorf) Gedeon. She lived in Cuyahoga County prior to moving to Litchfield in 1979.

Eloise had been a school bus driver for Buckeye Local School System for many years.

She was devoted to her family and enjoyed relaxing in the sun and swimming when she had a chance. Eloise loved Sunday’s at the Milkhouse watching football or NASCAR.

She will be greatly missed by her children, Rebecca Brown (Rado), Sally Brown (Steve), Bennett Brown (Rani Jeskey) and Emily Brown Toth (Bob).  Grandchildren, Rebecca Kiner, Douglas Brown, Jesse Kiner, Will Pack, Gwen Toth and Ellie Toth, great grandson, Harrison Brown.

Preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Brown, 1999.

There will be calling hours, Tuesday, November 4, 2025 from 3:00-7:00 pm at the Bauer Funeral Home, 2089 Columbia Road Valley City, Ohio, where the funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow at Litchfield Cemetery.
