Elizabeth "Beth" M. (Blake) Poland

Elizabeth “Beth” M. Poland, 65, of Brunswick, Ohio passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, September 10, 2021.

Beth was born on May 5, 1956 in Richwood, W.VA. to Theodore and Carolyn (Holbert) Blake.  She has resided in Medina County most of her life. Beth started working at GTE which became Verizon for many years.

Beth enjoyed cooking and riding motorcycles. She was a fantastic Mom and an awesome Grandma.

She will be greatly missed by her partner of 20 years, John Emmerich, children, Jessica Kaczynski, Nicholas Poland, Samantha Emmerich, Chelsea Emmerich, Sara, Shawna and Jack and grandchildren, Jenna, Christopher and Emily. She is survived by her Theodore Blake and her siblings, Mark Blake, Jerry Price, Michelle Fetty and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her mother Carolyn Surrarrer and her sister Carlene Kinney.

A Celebration of Life will be held 6:00 PM, Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the Bauer Funeral Home, 2089 Columbia Road Valley City, OH, a simple gathering immediately following the service.

Memorials are suggested if desired to be given to the family to help defray final expenses.
