Elizabeth Bogan Obituary

Elizabeth Agnes Bogan, 86 of Medina, Ohio completed her journey of life on Monday, December 10, 2018. Elizabeth was born in Cleveland, Ohio and resided in Cuyahoga county for most of her life. She was an avid bowler, loved to read and had a gifted talent making beautiful crocheted and knitted needlework for family and friends. Throughout her life, she always had a deep love for all animals and her homes were always filled with fur babies. Elizabeth also enjoyed camping at Meadow Lake Park, trips to the zoo and walks in the park. She's now enjoying a reunion with loved ones who precede her in death, her parents, her husband, William; sister, Marlene Seeholzer; and brothers Carl and Herman Sisley. She has left many with wonderful memories, her daughters, Linda (Bill) Harvey and Julia (Glenn) Charek. Sister-in-law Arlyne Sisley and many nieces and nephews. Please join us as we celebrate the life of Elizabeth Bogan with a luncheon on Saturday, January 5, 2019 from 12-4PM at the VFW Post 4390, 25742 Royalton Road Columbia Station, OH. There will be a short memorial service prior to the lunch being served. Please RSVP by Sunday, December 23 so we can plan accordingly. Parking is in the back. Hall entrance also in back on the right side. Should family or friends desire, contributions may be sent to Julia Charek for the purchase of Comfort Buddies (plush, microwaveable studded animals) to be distributed through the Hospice of Medina County. My mom was so calmed by her Comfort Buddy dog, I would like other hospice patients to experience that same peacefulness. Elizabeth's family would like to thank the staff of Life Care Center of Medina and The Hospice of the Western Reserve for their loving care of our mother.
