Edward L. Ransbottom

Edward L. Ransbottom, 51, of LaGrange, Ohio passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 2, 2022.

Ed was born on August 3, 1970 in Parma, Ohio and had lived in Elyria, Litchfield and Vermilion prior to moving to LaGrange after his marriage to Sabrina on May 2, 2020. 

Ed graduated from Cloverleaf High School, and received a Bachelor degree from the University of Akron.

He worked as a manager at Walmart in Oberlin, Ohio and loved his Walmart family.

 Ed enjoyed gaming and was a huge Star Trek fan.  He was a great lover of science and enjoyed following the OSU and Cleveland Browns football teams.

He will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Sabrina (nee Talafer), beloved mother Paula Ransbottom, dear brother Daniel Ransbottom and his children Maddie (Ben) Justham and Alexis Ransbottom; Sister-in-law- Kim Calderone and her daughter- Kaylin.

Preceded in death by his father, Everett Ransbottom.

Following Edward’s wishes cremation has taken place.
