Douglas James Craig

Douglas James Craig, 79, of Broadview Hts., Ohio passed away peacefully, Saturday, September 27, 2025.

Doug was born in Geneva, Ohio on October 8, 1945 to the late Earl and Margaret (Wright) Craig. He had resided in Medina County for many years prior to moving to Broadview Hts.

He was an active member of Harvest Presbyterian Church in Medina where he served as treasurer and elder from 1986-2001.

Doug had worked at Rubbermaid in Wooster for nine years as a system operator and retired from Cuyahoga Community College, after 23 years in the System Computer Technology department.

He was an avid vegetable gardening, enjoyed bowling and golfing and loved to volunteer at the Cups Café in Medina.

He is survived by his sons, Bob Craig, Robert (Juanita) Taylor and Frank (Dina) Taylor. Grandchildren, Mack (Jen), Madeline, Nick, Ali, Emma and Aidan, great grandchild, Henry.

Doug was preceded in death by his beloved wife Barbara Craig and a brother Roger Craig.

Celebration of life Service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, October 25, 2025  at the Harvest Presbyterian Church, Medina, Ohio with a gathering from 10:00 am till 11:00 am.
