Dennis V. Kunkel

Dennis V. Kunkel, 55, of Medina, Ohio disappeared from our lives in May 2010 and was found May 2021.

He was born April 19, 1966 in Medina Hospital to Edward and Frances (Foecking) Kunkel.

Dennis had an incredible sense of humor, always brought a smile everywhere he went and was a big practical joker.

He made his living as a contractor, remodeler, was a skilled finish carpenter and a talented landscape artist.

Dennis will be greatly missed by his mother, Frances Luana Foecking Elliott and his brothers, Gary (Cindy) Kunkel of Texas, Alan (Lori)Kunkel of Copley, OH, Kevin (Nora) Kunkel of OK and Joe (Wendy) Kunkel of CO, his former wife Rachel Davis and stepdaughters, Chelsea Sullivan and Darcey Davis all of NC. Also numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Edward W. Kunkel, a

brother David E. Kunkel and a niece Amy Kunkel.

Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life Gathering from 6:00-8:00 PM, Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the Bauer Funeral Home, 2089 Columbia Road Valley City.

The family requests no flowers, please.
