Dean A. Gest

Dean A. Gest, 64, of Grafton Township, Ohio passed away Sunday, December 8, 2019.

He was born March 8, 1955 in Elyria, Ohio to the late Herman and Berneata (nee Mennell) Gest.  Dean has resided on the family farm all his life.

Dean was a member of the Grafton Township Fire Department. He enjoyed the pond on his farm, where he would feed the fish hot dogs.

Dean could be seen traveling the neighborhood on his golf cart patrolling the area.

He is survived by his daughters, Brandy Varady, Brenda (Matthew) Breisch and Brittany White. “His Munchkins” Autumn, Jennings, Aaliyah, Annabelle and Alexis.

Sister, Barbara Jungbluth and brother, Carl Gest, many nieces and nephews. Rocky his four-legged little buddy.

Preceded in death by his brother, Russell Gest and brother-in-law,

Dennis Jungbluth.

Friends and family invited to Gathering from 5:00-8:00 PM on Friday, December 13, 2019 at the Grafton Twp. Fire Dept. on State Route 83.

Graveside Service will be held 3:00 PM, Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Belden Township Cemetery, Grafton.
