David W. Nolan, aka "Paco", 61, of Brunswick, OH bowled his way into heaven on Friday, December 21, 2018. David was born September 29, 1957 in Cleveland, Ohio to George Sr. and Doris (Reese) Nolan. He grew up in Valley City and has resided in Medina County his entire life. David was a 1976 graduate of Buckeye High School, where he played football and baseball. While his sons were growing up he helped coach their Little League Baseball teams. David had worked for Mack's Inc. Valley City for many years and was currently the plant manager at the Medina Supply in Brunswick plant, where he had worked over 30 years. He was dedicated bowler. David played on two leagues Weds. & Friday at Hoover Lanes in Brunswick. He was an avid collector of Matchbox diecast cars and trucks and he frequently visited the local casinos. David had a special personality that he never met a stranger and he always had a good story to share. He is survived by his wife, Cindy, sons, David Allamon, Benjamin (Chad) Nolan and Jamie Isaiah Nolan. His mother- Doris Nolan and brothers and sisters- George Jr. (Beverly) Nolan, William (Melody) Nolan, Dorine (Gary) Hagarman, Pamela Nolan and Julie DeVries. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends. Preceded in death by his father- George Nolan, Sr. Funeral Service- 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the Emmanuel United Church of Christ, 6656 Center Road Valley City, OH Rev Bert Ambrose, officiating. Calling hours- Friday, December 28, 2018 from 2:00-8:00 PM at the Bauer Funeral Home 2089 Columbia Road Valley City, OH Burial- Myrtle Hill Cemetery, Valley City, Ohio.
