Bryan C. Muntz

Bryan C. Muntz, 63, of Litchfield, Ohio passed into his heavenly home on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

Bryan was born April 12, 1962 in Medina, Ohio to the late Raymond and Mary (Daugherty) Muntz.  He grew up in Valley City and has lived in Medina County his entire life.  Bryan was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Valley City.

He had worked at the former K-Mart at 150th Street and Target in Strongsville for many years. Bryan was devoted to his family and enjoyed his best friend and companion, Sheldon his cat.

Bryan was a dedicated Pittsburgh Steeler fan, enjoyed watching baseball and basketball. He challenged himself working puzzles and enjoyed playing Wii bowling with his close friends.

He will be greatly missed by his wife of 37 years, Diana (Hurley), children, Stephanie (Chris) Hunt, Stacey (Brian) Fitzgerald and Micheal Muntz; grandchildren Lucas, Landon, Jackson, Jameson, Aria and Khloe; and his brother Bruce Muntz.  His nieces Nichole (Russ Ortman, Jr.), Tiffany (Christopher Presley) and Jennifer Hoff, and God children, Summer Ortman and Maddie Ortman.

There will be calling hours from 10:00 am until Noon, on Monday, November 10, 2025 in the Gathering Area of Zion Lutheran Church, 2233 Abbeyville Road, Valley City, where the Funeral Service will be held at Noon in the church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
