Donald Lesley Kenney

Donald Lesley Kenney, age 90 went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, January 14, 2020.

Donald worked several years in the building trades in Cleveland. He had worked in several capacities for Sundorf Airway at Cleveland Hopkins Airport including pilot. Donald was a self-taught freelance jeweler.

Donald was an active member of the Valley City Remote Control Club.

He enjoyed living life and giving to others and was known to the end for his kind and caring nature.  Donald’s Christian faith guided him all through his life.

Donald is survived by his wife Anne Kenney, daughter Cheryl Berg, grandsons Jason Berg and Sean Berg, and  a sister, Darlene (Kenney) Berwald.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Lesley Porter Kenney and Dorothy Margaret Kenney (nee Mohler) and a brother Lee Kenney.

Following Donald’s request, there will be no visitation or service, and cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made in Donald’s name to either of these suggestions: The Salvation Army, Akron-Canton Foodbank, Haven of Rest Ministries or the City Mission Cleveland.
