Robert Leroy Garver

Robert Leroy Garver, 91, of Litchfield, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, Sunday, March 10, 2024.

Bob was born September 18, 1932 in Decatur, Illinois to the late Roy and Florence (nee Jennings) Garver. He has resided in Medina County for many years. Bob was an active member of the Waltz Church, Lafayette Township, where he served as trustee. He served his country in the United States Air Force for two years.

Bob worked for General Motors for over 30 years. He was very proud of his family and enjoyed activities with them.

He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife Evie, married one month shy of 69 years. Devoted children, Deborah (Dennis) Kinker, David (Glenda) Garver, Teresa Garver, Steve (Patty) Garver, Jan (Colin) Gray and Patricia Garver.  Special grandfather of 14 and great grandfather of 21.

Preceded in death by a grandson, Jeffrey Gray.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the Bauer Funeral Home 2089 Columbia Road Valley City, Ohio and one hour prior to the service at church on Friday.

Funeral Service- Friday, March 15, 2024, 11:00 AM at the Waltz Church 7465 Egypt Road Medina, Ohio  44256.

Burial in Waltz Cemetery.
